This Shipping Policy outlines how and where we ship, and how long delivery will take. Please contact us if you have any questions.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with US-based suppliers through the Spocket platform. Most items ship from the United States, though some may ship from other global warehouses depending on product availability.

• USA to USA: 3-7 business days
• USA to Europe International: 10-15 business days  
• USA to Canada: 3-9 business days

These are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Hungary, European Union countries, United States, and Canada.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain value.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments:
• Any customs, import duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility
• We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
• For more information, contact your local customs office

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.

8. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
